1. Who we are

The online store oazas.com ("OAZAS", "we") is run from Lithuania. Contact: oazas.support@gmail.com, Šermukšnių gatvė 41, 69151 Padovinys, Lithuania.

2. These terms

By using our website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits the rights you have under Lithuanian and EU consumer law.

3. Orders

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order (and refund you in full) if an item is out of stock, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Delivery to all EU countries, including Lithuania, costs €5; delivery is free on all orders from €50. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We ship across Europe. Products are sent from partner warehouses: items from EU warehouses usually arrive in 3–7 business days, other items in 8–16 business days. The expected time is shown on each product page. You receive a tracking link once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates; if your order is late, write to us and we will help.

6. Products

We try to show products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on screens. Inflatables must be used under adult supervision and are not life-saving equipment. Please follow the instructions included with each product.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details, exceptions and how to return items are in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Consumers have the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us with your order number and a photo.

9. Liability

We are responsible for damage caused by our breach of these terms as required by law. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, images and design of this website belong to OAZAS or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), vvtat.lrv.lt, or, if you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country.
